Place St. Charles is a 1,000,000 square foot office building with a 50,000 square foot retail galleria and parking garage in the heart of the financial district of New Orleans, LA.
The design of the 2-story base of the building housing employs the design vernacular of the French Quarter with its surrounding arcade with iron railing and columns. At the top of the building are two 3-story lanterns that glow at night.
As head of the New Orleans office of the developer, Fidinam (USA), Mr. Brubaker was responsible for oversight of J.A. Jones Construction, the general contractor, which was consistently ranked among the top U.S. contractors. He supervised the marketing of the project to prospective lessees throughout that period.
