Arrow Press Square

Arrow Press Square, a retail and office adaptive-reuse project comprised of six 19th century buildings one block of Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City, UT, directly across the street from the Salt Lake City Convention Center. The buildings were assembled individually and re-developed for restaurants, stores and offices.

Mr. Brubaker negotiated leases for this project, supervised the construction of interior improvements, and managed the completed project.
