Mr. Brubaker provided general oversight of the local developer partner for Haseko (USA), the equity and debt capital general partner for Peninsula Pointe, a prestigious 43-home community with sweeping Pacific Ocean views from every home site in Rancho Palos Verdes, a suburb of Los Angeles, CA.

He provided employed Giannetti Architects to improve the architectural authenticity of the Italian design of the project and the interior floor plans.
